Q: What happened to my preloaded balance?
If you had a preloaded balance, you will receive an email from Incentivio with a QR code and gift card number that can be used to order ahead via the app or can be entered at register.
Q: What happened to my existing rewards?
All existing rewards will move over to the new app. If they do not, please contact us at pcjapp@portcityjava.com to let us know.
Q: What happened to the scanners at the registers?
Incentivio is currently working to develop this feature and plan to have it active during the first quarter of 2024. In the meantime, rewards and loyalty will be gained automatically when orders are placed via the app as well as the web portal order ahead for in store pick up. To get rewards and loyalty points in the café, we will need to enter your phone number (similarly to how you may do this at other retail stores) to look you up and get your rewards credited properly.
Q: Will my rewards be applied automatically?
If you have available rewards, they will not be applied automatically to your next order! You’ll need to choose whether or not you wish to apply them or if you’d like to save them.
Q: Why do I need a phone number associated with my account?
Until the scan to pay feature is available, the only way to earn loyalty and rewards in the café is through looking up your account via your phone number. If you don’t wish to add a phone number to your account, you can earn rewards and loyalty by ordering ahead through the app or online.
